SHIPPING POLICY
HOW WE WORK:
All packages are shipped fully insured for the value of the content inside, and an adult signature confirmation is required. Upon arrival, we urge all customers to inspect packages for damage or tampering with the box.
Once we ship your package, we'll email/text you the status of your order along with a tracking number so you can track your package online with the carrier.

NATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard orders are processed once credit/financing card verification and authorization have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery will generally ship within 2-3 days of receipt of credit card authorization.

- DELIVERY ON THE 2ND DAY
Orders placed with shipping on the second day from Monday to Friday after noon, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day, pending authorization and credit card verification; no Saturday delivery is available on the second day.
​
Orders placed with second-day shipping will not be delivered on Saturdays. For example, if an order is placed with second-day shipping on a Thursday, it'll be delivered on the following Monday or the next business day.

- DELIVERY ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
Orders placed with next business day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before noon are shipped the next business day, pending authorization and credit card verification.

Orders placed with next-business-day shipping Monday through Friday afternoon. They will be shipped the next business day from noon or on weekends and holidays, pending authorization and credit card verification.

Overnight shipping orders will not be delivered on Saturdays. For example, if an order is placed with overnight shipping on a Friday before noon, it will be given the following Monday or the next business day.

- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Please note that the arrival times listed on the website only apply to Spain shipping addresses. Estimates of international shipping delivery times may vary by country between 4 and 8 business days.

- CUSTOMS RIGHTS, FEES, AND TAXES
Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be levied by the customs office of the destination country or region on your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise noted. When your order reaches customs, the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment of any charges that may be owed.

- DISCLAIMER AND SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for all items purchased when they leave the store. We insure all packages for their value and will assist in the claim process, but if the shipping provider rejects the claim for any reason, we are not responsible for any losses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or receive credit for your item(s) as long as it is within 3 days from the date of purchase. In some instances, we can refund the money with a 20% restocking fee applied. We'll only accept items free of scratches, blemishes, size alterations, and show no signs of wear or tear, or an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit or refund. On special orders, such as items with special ring sizes and engraving, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants, a 20% restocking fee will apply regardless of the item's condition.

If your item is defective, you can contact us, and we'll arrange to return the product accordingly so that we can fix it and deliver it back.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
​
1 - The Quality Control department of "Moncarel Jewelry" reserves the right to verify the product's authenticity.
2 - Once your items have been received and accepted, you'll receive a credit for the cost of the item, and the exchange will proceed.
3 - If you request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and 20% more in case they are items made by individual orders.
4 - Please, you must wait for 7 to 12 business days after the items have been received for your credit to be processed.
5 - Credits will be issued through a "Moncarel Jewelry" gift card.
